RETURN, REFUND, AND RESERVATION DEPOSIT POLICY

Orange Chicken Gold sells high-value precious-metal jewelry and collectible items. Please review all product details and contact us with questions before placing an order or sending a deposit.

RESERVATION DEPOSITS
Orders under $10,000 require a 25% reservation deposit. Orders of $10,000 or more require a 50% reservation deposit. Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price. If a buyer cancels after an item has been reserved and removed from inventory, the deposit may be non-refundable. If Orange Chicken Gold is unable to complete the transaction or provide the item as described, the deposit will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

RETURNS AND ORDER ISSUES
Completed sales of gold jewelry, bullion, custom, modified, sized, engraved, worn, or final-sale items are generally final because precious-metal values and item condition can change. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. If an item arrives damaged, is materially different from its listing, or an incorrect item is delivered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at chkngold@orangechickengold.com or 909-750-2637. Include the order number, photographs, and a description of the issue, and retain all original packaging.

Do not return an item without written authorization. Any approved return must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging. Unless the return is caused by our error, the buyer is responsible for an approved, trackable, fully insured return method. Unauthorized, uninsured, altered, substituted, or damaged returns may be refused.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received, authenticated, and inspected. Refunds are sent to the original payment method when practical. Shipping, insurance, handling, appraisal, customization, or third-party transaction charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.

CANCELLATIONS
Contact us immediately if you need to cancel. An order is not canceled until Orange Chicken Gold confirms the cancellation in writing. Orders already shipped, customized, transferred for delivery, or reserved using a deposit may not be cancelable.
